All sales of original artworks and prints are final.

I am honoured to share this elegant piece with you to frame behind glass and hang in a special place in your home. I hope it inspires heartfelt connection and compassion each time you pass by.

Please do not touch the original artwork with bare hands, you may inadvertently transfer oils from your skin that will mark the artwork.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Your artwork will ship from Australia and shipping time varies. Unless specifically stated otherwise, your piece will leave my studio within a few days, via Australia Post (and then their international partners). Shipping in Australia and to New Zealand usually arrives within a week. International packages are a bit outside of my control. If you have not received your order after 6 weeks, please get in touch.

Border fees, duties, and handling fees may be charged by other countries, and are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Tracking is also quite unreliable with international shipments. You will receive tracking information so you can follow your piece (as best they update it!) as it flies across oceans and lands far and wide!. If you would prefer a courier, local pick up, or other shipping method, please get in touch.

WHITE-GLOVE PACKAGING

Your original artworks are sent in protective packaging designed to keep them safe and damage-free.

After opening your package and having your heart filled with delight, if you are called to, please share your thoughts and photos of where you hang your artwork - I would love to see! Tag me on Instagram, or email me directly.

Due to differences in screen displays, colours may vary slightly. If you have any concerns, please contact me.

All sales are final.

Exchanges of Prints

Our policy lasts 7 days from receipt of your order. If 7 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Exchange of prints is possible. If you wish to exchange a reproduction print, a fee amounting to 20% of the print cost will be applied as I print to order and do not keep print stock on hand.

Please open and check your prints immediately upon receiving them. We accept print returns for exchanges within 7 days of receipt, and can only ship your exchange once we receive the original print back, unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.

If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed, and your replacement print will be printed and posted within 10 business days.

Damaged or Missing Orders:

We are not liable for any mishandling or failed delivery by the shipping service, nor are we liable for any damage incurred post-delivery. We work hard to package each order with care in sturdy packaging so that it arrives undamaged. Please be kind when reaching out and remember that we do not have any control over the treatment of your package in transit! All orders are tracked, and will be marked as ‘delivered’ once the postal provider delivers your item. Please note that I hand package all items myself, and if your artwork arrives damaged or is missing, I will work with you on a case-by-case basis to try and resolve.

Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
